The only way to fail is to quit.

Every setback is a setup for a comeback. 💪

Keep going, keep growing! What’s one win—big or small—you’ve had this week?

Gratitude helps you come back to the present, and

Gratitude helps you come back to the present, and be in an abundant mindset.

While in that space, I wrote down 10 goals without thinking. Here they are:

1. Host my own podcast.
2. Grow a community.
3. Hit an income goal.
4. Be involved in a non-profit.
5. Grow flowers.
6. Be at peace inside.
7. Be a fun and calm mom.
8. Travel out West again.
9. Go to Disney World again.
10. Buy a center console.

Your goals can be literally anything! As long as you are connected to them, and they fill your cup in some manner, and you know WHY they fill your cup.

1️⃣ It's ok to quit when something is no longer aligned with who you are or where you are going.

2️⃣ It's NOT ok to quit because it's hard, not the right time, or it isn't perfect in some manner.

They're designed to keep you attached. To keep checking notifications. To see if anyone liked your comment.

That gets very noisy. It's very distracting. And keeps you from making actual progress on whatever task you are working on.

Take time this week, and leave your phone somewhere, and go outside, and mentally unplug.

Instead of getting stuck in the story of your excuse- flip it around, and commit to doing whatever thing you are avoiding.

I will write for 10 minutes.
I will clean out one drawer for 10 minutes.
I will draft one newsletter for 10 minutes.
I will check in on my financials for 10 minutes.
I will read a non-fiction book for 10 minutes.
I will move my body for 10 minutes.

Typically, the hardest part isn't the actual task- its GETTING STARTED.

So, START!! And do the thing you don't to do, for 10 minutes only.

I’ve quit on this dream. 😟

Every January, I would start writing. By March, I would move on to something else. (Shiny object syndrome anyone?)

Another year would roll by. The next January, I would start writing again. THIS TIME, it would be different!! 🤩

I’d quit writing by February.

Can you believe I’ve been writing a version of this workbook for 5️⃣ Years!!

What pushed me forward this time?

Honestly, the fact that I was going to turn 40. I COULD NOT turn a milestone, leaving all my youth behind me, and not have a dream accomplished to make my younger self proud. 🙅🏼‍♀️

Why the heck else did I work this hard for decades to grow through what I went through???

Push through the hard and uncomfortable parts of pursuing your dream. 💯

You’ll want to quit. You’ll get frustrated with your progress. You’ll vent to your friends about how this is a terrible idea.

And.

It will be worth it when you accomplish it. 🤩
