I’ve always been a person who just knew I was goin

I’ve always been a person who just knew I was going to do things differently. I didn’t have any actual data to support that I would do that, I just a deep inherent belief that I would do so.

🛑 That doesn’t mean I’ve always given myself permission to pursue the things I really want to pursue.

A few years ago, I remember very clearly struggling with not knowing what my one true passion was. I had tried many hobbies, and I felt frustrated because nothing stuck.

I searched podcasts for information on not having one true passion. I came across Elizabeth Gilbert on an Oprah podcast.

I thought something was wrong with me because I didn’t have one true passion. That wasn’t it at all.

The problem was I didn’t have the permission to be a multi passionate person. 🎤

The great @elizabeth_gilbert_writer gave me permission to not have one true passion in life.

I have fully embraced that I am a curious being, and I gather things as I follow my curiosities. I believe deeply that nothing is ever wasted and it will serve a purpose in some capacity in the future.

I’m finding with successful women, they are stuck because they need permission to let go of “I’ve built this, and it’s fine” to stepping bolding into the next version of themselves. They are looking for less of the hustle, and more for impact and a desire for freedom.

Throwing it back to 2019 when I woke up at 3 am, drove 3 hours to volunteer for Girls On The Run in Charlotte, volunteered and ran the 5K, and drove 3 hours back home. 🏃🏼‍♀️

Why?

Because I wanted to make an impact in some way. I love running + inspiring others to be their best selves, so it felt right for me to do exactly that.

Maybe you know what I’m talking about?

The tricky part is, we always seem to find about 25 reasons why we can’t have our version of more:

We don’t spend enough time and just give ourselves:
