For 5 weeks, we worked together, unpacking why consistency was a barrier for her. We broke down habits she could try to obtain a consistent workflow. We also worked on giving her more realistic time frames to accomplish projects and tasks (and the difference between the two!)

I am working off one right now. ✅

I also like to account for not only my responsibilities but also my energy, as it changes day to day.

Many women will put themselves at the bottom of their to-do list. One way to simply account for yourself is to acknowledge how you're feeling, or how you want to feel for the week.

With Spring Break right around the corner for us, I want to feel MENTALLY RELAXED! As I have not experienced that in the last two weeks!

I would like to thank my past self for teaching this to my daughter, because she absolutely held me accountable to plan a book launch party! 😆

To be completely transparent, I allowed some negative mindset to creep in while I planned this book launch. 😔 Focusing heavily on what and who I don’t have. That was not a fun space to be in when I should have been celebrating.

With some kindness and gentle tough love from some very special people in my life, I was reminded to focus on my version of success, and abundance.

Yes, your goal-setting inspirational coach, needed some coaching herself. ❤️

I absolutely felt so much joy yesterday. ❤️ ❤️❤️

Thank you to every one of you who has shown up for me. Your name is now on a list in my notes app as a reminder that abundance wins. 🥹
