I am a wife and mother to our daughter. We live by the coast in South Carolina. We love exploring in nature, traveling, and Friday night pizza movie nights.

Overcomer
I started intentional goal setting at the worst possible time. I had a full-time retail job, a toddler, and was suffering immensely with grief. I set a goal to run a half-marathon with zero running experience. Turns out, I needed something for myself. That race, changed the course of my life. I love helping women learn that setting a goal is the cataylst to personal growth and fullfillment.

I am an accountability coach for women small business owners looking for accountability, a manageable plan for your business and personal goals.

I host in person lunch and learn workshops with Small Business Moms community bi-weekly. We discuss business planning, strategy sessions, keyword research, content pillars, and of course, self-care and time management habits.

I assist with coaching the trainging team at Black Dog Running Co. here in Myrtle Beach! I assist Coach Diane and Team Black Dog with mindset, habits, routine, affirmations, and setting SMART goals.

My first published article in Sasee Magazine, located right here in Horry County!

I host online workshops such as annual and quarterly goal planning, calendar audits, vision boards, and also include personal growth challenges as well.

I offer women’s personal growth bookclub as well!

Lastly, I host Masterminds for women in small business. Working on your professional goals can be a slog sometimes. I believe being supported with your goals provides accountability and builds a lasting foundation for community.

More About My Story

I set my first goal when I was in third grade, “to go to college.” And that may not seem like anything out of the ordinary, but to me, that was my ticket to changing my life. That goal became my guide as I navigated life to adulthood. As it turns out, I did go to college, but I wouldn’t say that was the “thing” that changed my life.

Setting goals and changing pieces of yourself is hard and often lonely. That was the journey I went on when I became a mother, finally, after being told it wasn’t going to happen for me. Compounding grief, a season of change, and newly motherhood, I was searching for that “thing” that would help me feel balanced and living in my potentional.

So I set a goal in 2019, and the rest they say is history. I went through a long season of unlearning, therapy, and true growth. I had a vision while I was on a run to share with others what I had learned on my own. I felt deeply that other women were figuring things out on their own too.

After many conversations, courses, podcasts, books, conferences, webinars, etc. I was ready to pursue my calling and enter the world of coaching. I launched my business, and now I am here, waiting to help you gain clarity with your goals, break down barriers that pop up, get a personalized roadmap for your professional goals, encourage you, challenge you, and hold you accountable.

I really love coaching, but I love the connection and community that coaching brings to my life. Knowing that you are really not alone in your journey towards fulfillment, is everything, and makes the difference that can take your dream to an accomplished goal.
