In my women’s personal growth bookclub, we discussed WORTHY by Jamie Kern Lima. Join here via Bookclubs.com

This book is for any woman who struggles with self-confidence, self-worth, pursuing their personal growth, or contributions to others. This book requires DEEP INNER WORK. Typically, my bookclub meets every six weeks, but with this book, we took 12 weeks to read, digest, and discuss Worthy.

JKL is very vulnerable, telling her personal stories that will give you the grace to accept your own less-than-proud moments. I truly had several aha moments reading this book, discovering and acknowledging even more work to do in my personal growth. That is a great sign that a self-help book is WORTH reading and re-reading. I had several moments that forced me to recognize my work to do.
